Police Drop Charges Against Cindy Sheehan

Cindy Sheehan who was arrested last night and dragged away from the State Of The Union speech in handcuffs for wearing an Anti-War T-shirt has had the charges against her dropped. In a typical ploy used by Bush operatives they unlawfully arrest anyone who might possibly show some dissent against the unelected boy king. They get them out of the way so the people who are watching on TV, and the Republican faithful don’t have to witness anything even remotely connected to reality.
This same tactic was used en masse at The 2004 Republican Convention where 1800 people were arrested, most for doing absolutely nothing at all that was against the law. 400 people were arrested in front of The World Trade Center simply for stepping off a sidewalk. (of which I was one.) After the event is over the people responsible for prosecuting these miscarriages of justice, simply drop the charges and everything is hunky dory, except for the people who had to spend many hours behind bars, and come away with bruises on their wrists from the handcuffs.
Of course everyone is willing to take the blame, and say it was their fault, and that they had no directive from The Republican Party to arrest anyone who might possibly not be a loyalty oath signing troll. In this case the dupe is Capitol Police Chief Terrance Gainer. "The officers made a good faith, but mistaken effort to enforce an old unwritten interpretation of the prohibitions about demonstrating in the Capitol," Trainer lied.
Come on, dude you have to do better then that. This guy actually thinks that someone might believe that the Police were enforcing some old law. That is a pile of bull that makes even the monkey himself look honest. What about Freedom of speech, and expression. This was a directive that has been in place only as long as Bush has been squatting in The White House.
"The policy and procedures were too vague, The failure to adequately prepare the officers is mine." Gainer continued, as he waited for the autographed picture of Bush, he was no doubt promised in return for taking the fall. That’s how Bush’s whole life has been. Everyone pays for what he does. Bush will probably even stiff him on the autograph.
Sheehan was wearing a T-Shirt that listed how many Americans have died in Iraq, one of which was her son Casey. That number by the way is currently at 2245 people who have died for The Bush lie. Sheehan should sue. These criminals need to be constantly held accountable for their every violation of The U.S. Constitution.
