       10/12/05 Evening News Wrap Up

AP
Poll: Bloomberg Extends Lead in NYC Race

Excerpt: Two new polls indicate the mayor's response to the terror threat helped him nearly double his lead over Fernando Ferrer. And an overwhelming majority of voters said they believe Bloomberg is stronger on security than his opponent.

H.L.s Take: I find this really hard to believe, the fix MUST be in. NYC is the most Liberal city in America. I was there the day that at least 400,000 people marched against Bush, everyone there was also against Bloomberg, and things have only gotten worse. The fact that Bloomberg is so far ahead makes no sense in light of this story.

Bush approval rating dips to 39 percent - poll

Excerpt: Bush's approval rating dipped in the poll below a mid-September ranking of 40 percent. The survey also found only 28 percent of respondents believed the country was headed in the right direction, NBC reported.

H.L.s Take: Now thats a lot more believable, although The 39% number is Bull. Only 28% believe America is headed in the right direction, yet 39% still support Bush. More like 28% of Religious Fundies, and idiots that refuse to admit they were wrong are the only ones left. Too bad The Democrats let the monkey steal a second straight election. Thanks mainly to John Kerry, but they are all in on it.

AP
Kennedy: I'll Support Kerry in 2008 Race

Excerpt: Kennedy called Kerry, the 2004 nominee, an "able, gifted and talented political leader."

H.L.s Take:NO, NO, NO, NO, NO. Kerry is able, gifted, and talented enough to throw any Presidential race, and he'll do it again in '08 for Skull and Bones Brother George. As for Kennedy, the Republicans killed 2 of his brothers, and he's still afraid they will come after him. So who else might run if we can convince Kerry not to???

Some Hollywood Liberals Lining up Behind Al Gore in 2008

Excerpt: "He's been strongly against the war since the beginning," a big Dem donor who is hoping to convince Gore to run told me, "and with gas prices going through the roof and killer hurricanes wreaking havoc, he's the gold standard on global warming, alternative energy, and the environment. What's not to like?"

H.L.s Take: NO, NO, NO, NO, NO. Kennedy wants the guy who threw the race in 2004, and these people want the guy who threw the race in 2000. They must really want Jeb Bush as the next president. Bush stole the Presidency twice, and both Gore and Kerry had to be in on it, or else it couldn't have happened. Until we get rid of the two party system we are screwed. Even if we could, Money will always corrupt the greedy. Anyway Gore says he is not interestee in running.

Gore: I Don't Plan to Run for President

Excerpt: STOCKHOLM, Sweden - Former Vice President Al Gore said Wednesday he had no intention of ever running for president again, but he said the United States would be "a different country" if he had won the 2000 election, launching into a scathing attack of the Bush administration.

H.L.s Take: Thats good Al, Maybe he feels badly about ruining the America we used to know, and Love. By handing the Presidiency to Bush he is single handedly responsible for turning this country into the Shit heap its become under Bush. Maybe he doesn't want to have to throw another race again. Thanks Al.

Bush's Final Solution: Martial Law

Excerpt: NEW YORK--Soldiers brandishing automatic weapons, a defining characteristic of life in Third World dictatorships, have become commonplace at airports, bus and train stations, government offices and highway checkpoints since 9/11. Now troops are becoming our first responders to situations, such as natural disasters and flu outbreaks, which normally fall under civilian jurisdiction.

H.L.s Take: Once they have full time Martial Law, then Bush, Clinton, Kennedy, Gore and the rest will be free to do what they want with no resistance from the people, um I mean slaves. Who will be shot on sight if they complain about it. They can't wait.
