Impeach for Peace, a Minnesota-based impeachment group, has researched a method for impeaching the president using a little known and rarely used part of the Rules of the House of Representatives (“Jeffersonâ€™s Manual”). This document actually empowers individual citizens to initiate the impeachment process themselves.
“Jefferson’s Manual” is an interpretive guide to parliamentary procedure, and is included (along with the Constitution) in the bound volumes of the Rules of the House of Representatives. It is ratified by each congress (including the current one), and has been updated continuously through the history of our democracy. The section covering impeachment lists the acceptable vehicles for bringing impeachment motions to the floor of the House.
Before the House Judiciary Committee can put together the Articles of Impeachment, someone must initiate the impeachment procedure. Most often, this occurs when members of the House pass a resolution. Another method outlined in the manual, however, is for individual citizens to submit a memorial for impeachment.

The brand new democratic congress has already stated that impeachment is “off the table” despite the fact that that is what we voted them in to do. Lets send them a message that if they don’t move to impeach, and end the war, their congressional careers will be very brief. I will be filling one of these out myself

Bush Now Thinks He Can Snoop Through Your Mail

Bush says feds can open mail without warrant

Bush asserted the new authority Dec. 20 after signing legislation that overhauls some postal regulations. He then issued a “signing statement” that declared his right to open mail under emergency conditions, contrary to existing law and contradicting the bill he had just signed, according to experts who have reviewed it….
“The [Bush] signing statement claims authority to open domestic mail without a warrant, and that would be new and quite alarming,” said Kate Martin, director of the Center for National Security Studies in Washington.
“You have to be concerned,” a senior U.S. official agreed. “It takes executive-branch authority beyond anything we’ve ever known.”

“Despite the president’s statement that he may be able to circumvent a basic privacy protection, the new postal law continues to prohibit the government from snooping into people’s mail without a warrant,” said Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Calif., the incoming House Government Reform Committee chairman, who co-sponsored the bill.

Bush still thinks that anything he says automatically becomes the new law. He signs a bill which was sponsored by my congressmen, Hollywoood’s own Henry Waxman, then after he signs he casually mentions “Oh by the way from now on I can open anyones mail I want without a warrant.” He probably thought that up while he was on his way to sign the bill.
Hey George let me introduce you to your new worst nightmare, his name is Henry.
You can’t get away with this stuff anymore Georgie, Old Hank is going to be on you like stink on S**t. (or should I say “stink on Bush” its the same thing.)
