Gallup recently noted the rate of people without health insurance in the United States during the second quarter of 2014 had dropped to 13.4 percent and this was below 2008 levels, i.e., a year before POTUS started his presidency. However, one age cohort has not beaten the 2008 level: those ages 26 to 34.
