In an interview with CNN’s Zain Verjee this weekend, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice offered “a less-than-hearty endorsement” of Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin’s foreign policy experience. “She’s governor of a state here in the United States,” said Rice.
