I do not feel sorry for anyone whos maortgage payment went up. If youre dumb enough to take out a 800,000 loan making 40,000 a year you deserve to lose your house. Why do you expect the government to bail you out of everything.

And I’ll lay a good bet all them 800,000 houses are built on the sand bars in new orleans,or on the flood plains of the mississippi ( another good reason they don’t deserve to buy a house)

I agree with you, no free healthcare. But nowhere in the comic did it suggest that the government should bail anyone out of anything.

The recent crash in the stock market is a classic shakeout. Some $100 billion was withdrawn from investors mutual stock funds the last few weeks. Now the market will climb again over a “wall of fear” as the market goes up, after much of the public has withdrawn at the low. As you say, “Sell at the low and buy at the high.” It all is a scam. When the market is higher, they will jump back in the stock funds, when their confidence is molded back by the media.
“Free healthcare?” A great quote: “If you think healthcare is expensive now, just wait till it is free.” The “freer” it gets the more we pay.

The borrowers should have read everything in their mortgage agreement. Case closed. Adjustable rate mortgages are exactly that. Doesnt take a Rhodes Sscholar to figure that one out

Yes but why were mortgage brokers even giving $800,000 to people who only make $40,000 a year? That would have never happened in the past. Because Bush and the Republicans made it easier for them to do so. So once again Bush is behind yet another crisis. The Master of Disaster, the Disaster Monkey himself strikes again. The result? Banks clean up on foreclosure, and people who cannot afford the payments are homeless. Many of them Republican I’m sure. I know that a lot of these sub prime mortgages were going on in the south, and the midwest. The people who bought the properties to flip, They got what they deserved, but people who were paying the mortgage, then had the job shipped to India, didn’t deserve it.

HL it was Hillary who sold our jobs to india not bush

The only growth industry these days seems to be in the Republican’t smear merchant business. What a bunch of ill informed elitist snobs! Good thing you got rid of all the riff raff who weren’t well connected enough to get away with debt leveraging like a borrow and spend Republican’t. That’ll make them want to support failed Republican’t economic policies in the future.

Funny thing, though – the lenders are getting bailed out for making those subpar loans by the government (aka your tax dollars at work). Gotta make sure that Republican’t corporate welfare keeps going, so those corporate welfare queens can rent Hummer limos to go to their next board meeting.
Doesn’t take a Rhodes scholar to figure that one out, either…
Plus: who let the Drudge clone in? How can Hitlery sell anything to anyone? Or is the Mesa Mafia still working their shadow ops for Her?

Yeah, that’s insane. How do the Repulicans convince so many people that only the rich deserve handouts? The logic is so backwards. Especially in this scenario when their financial problems stem from their greed and taking advantage of Americans.
First they take the money of poor Americans who can’t afford the loan, then the Republicans pays them their lost profits from America’s pocketbook. Plenty of money for that stuff, but if they had their way they wouldn’t give a penny to feed children, or ensure that regulations are being followed for Public Transportation safety or Mine Health and Safety.
