DUBAI, United Arab Emirates – Iranian naval vessels on Friday seized 15 British sailors and marines who had boarded a merchant ship in Iraqi waters of the Persian Gulf, British and U.S. officials said. Britain immediately protested the detentions, which come at a time of high tension between the West and

In London, the British government summoned the Iranian ambassador to the Foreign Office: “He was left in no doubt that we want them back,” Britain’s Foreign Secretary Margaret Beckett said after the meeting.
The U.S. Navy, which operates off the Iraqi coast along with British forces, said the British sailors appeared unharmed and that Iran’s Revolutionary Guard naval forces were responsible.
Britain’s Defense Ministry said the British Navy personnel were “engaged in routine boarding operations of merchant shipping in Iraqi territorial waters,” and had completed a ship inspection when they were accosted by the Iranian vessels.

So now the US/British forces are not as strong as the Iranian Navy. This sounds like a BS story to me. Is this the 9/11-Golf of Tonkin incident that Bush and Blair will use to start “Debacle 2 Iran: The Sequel” Where they will get their asses kicked by an Army that is 4 times the size of Iraqs. At least Bush will continue to rake in the cash until he gets out of office.

HL were in that article did it say that Iran is stronger than the US? All I read was that Iran seized 15 British sailors and marines in waters that weren’t theirs. They were in Iraq waters.

I know the Iranians were searchin for a French ship but had to settle for the next best thing. Why dont they F**K with one of our ships? Because they will get a round of tomahawks up the asshole that is why??? Tomahawks up Persian assholes!! I like the sound of it H.L.
I enjoyed the history channels scit on The Last Three Hunderd!. Persians are shit! Im tired of hearing about Iran in the present tense! Im ready to refer to them in the past tense!!!

So I guess Iranians killing Americans in Iraq and Lebanon and orther places dont constitute war?? The Iranians are certainly at war with us! And waging it day by day. There is no difference in a jihad terrorist trained by the Quds than the Quds forces themselves! Unless of course the ambiguity, and the advantage it gives the terrorists , and the time wasted by the antiwar crowd in trying to decipher such is considerd a difference! That is the ONLY difference I see! TIME WASTED!!!! The war on Terror is Global people! Islamo freaks dont fall out of the sky. They come from the garden of terror Iran, Syria, Libya and North Korea! Everone knows that Iran is destined to be destroyed by the United States! Its leaders have the power to reverse this however! It is not too late for Iran to change course! It MUST cease ALL operations inside Iraq (immediately)! It MUST pay immediate reperations to the families of the dead (241 Beruit heros)! Steven: It was not Islam who started two world wars and behave imperialistic and don`t care about international law and torture people in prisons. As long as west supportsthe Zionists Islam will fight you. Iran is one of these countries that will fight you occupiers.
