The people of this country should have the right to vote on the continuation of the war against Iraq. If this was a government of, by and for the people, the November 2006 election would be a referendum on Iraq. The popular will of the people is to end the war against Iraq. But the question of Iraq is not on the ballot. Most people will only have the chance to vote for politicians from one of the Twin Parties of Militarism. Neither represent the sentiment of the people who favor the immediate end to a criminal enterprise the selling of which has been based on lie, after lie, after lie.
Iraq is bleeding. Hundreds of thousands of people have died. U.S. soldiers are killing and being killed in a war of aggression, and taxpayers are spending $2 billion each week for a repeat of Vietnam.

Kay Baily Hutchinson of Texas is up for re-election. She feels Iraq is an important part of the war on terror. She does not think we should cut and run. She will trounce her democratic counterpart by double digits. There are countless places you can CLICK to find out about.
I like to wait until about two hours before the polls close. My wife who does not have interests in politics does me a sweet favor and makes it Buck x 2 in the voting booth. I just tell her Perry for Governor, and Kay Baily Hutchinson for senator. I dont follow the lower races as much so I tell her just vote republican all the way down the ballot. Thats what the democrats get for talking down to me and trying to tell me what is best for me. They will NEVER learn! So yet again we TEXANS are going to cull another batch of demcrats for yall out on the national scene. Then in 08, we will turn back Hillary, or Russ, or Sharpton or what ever orther cut and runner yall want to sling off the cliff. Bring it on. Bring it on H.L. This is like sport to me. Like the two hours before the polls close. The election in Texas is already over, but I like to kick sumbitches while they are down. Dont that make you feel that way out in California? When republicans loose. Hey, our republicans in California at least put up a fight! Your democrats here in Texas roll over and give up early in the first round. First round knockouts of democrats in Texas! That from the most powerfull, most influential state in the union!…I will be piling my votes on on election night. Oh yeah, in 08 my daughter turns 18. I think I will make it Buckx 3.. hee hee hee Buck out

What does that say about Texans in that Congressional district? Are they the brightest voters in the nation? I doubt that. So who cares what Hutchinson thinks. She nothing but a republican rubber stamp clone that supports the war machine.
Your wife sounds like one of those “bright” Texan voters if she listens to you. You shouldn’t be so proud of exposing your wife’s compliance and subservience to you. That’s an embarrasment and your thinking once again demonstrates lack of a sound mind.

LA will be there on the streets and laugh at the token conservatives that will show their sorry asses at the demonstration. Last time I was at a rally, there were over 30,000 people and maybe 15 pro-war demonstraters. Who’s the majority?
October 14th, 2006 at 3:43 pm
How does that constitute compliance or subserviance to me? She asks me who I would vote for! As I said she dont like politics. She says democrats are like x-tra bad politicans. As a favor not a compliance she does it. Im her honey. She loves me. She knows how much I passionatly hate democrats. She likes how I laugh when they go down! So who thinks there is something wrong with that? Buck out

Oh yeah LA. Kay Bay Hutchinson is not a congresswomen from a district. She is the senior US senator from TEXAS. Would you like to say something to the overwhelming majority of voters from Texas? We elected her and re-elected her and are gonna re-elect her again. Im a voter from the 8th congressional district of TEXAS and Kevin Brady is not for cutting and running either.

All I can say is that I respect women that make their owns minds up and don’t count on their mate’s political influence. Now if she votes with her own conscience, you should state that. Otherwise, you’ve bragged how she just follows your influence because she’s too ignorant of the issues. Just because she’s not into politics doesn’t mean she shouldn’t learn about them.
BTW, please stay in Texas. You’re not wanted in California.

With Hutchinson’s track record, I would have thought she’s a town council woman. She doesn’t strike me as anyone who’s accomplished much in Congress. As far as Texas voters, I’m not impressed. Take and keep your spineless Texan politicians. Beyond Texas and your hometown, they’re meaningless!
October 14th, 2006 at 5:33 pm
LA you want to talk about politicians that aren’t worth anything I wouldn’t be bragging about California. They have given people that ARE NOT American citizens the same rights as American citizens. That’s something to be proud of. You complain about Social Security not being there in the future and yet you have no problem with your politicians doing that. That’s get people there.

Why do you think ignorance and care are the same things. You almost sound as if she or I owe you some kind of understanding. Buck out!
October 14th, 2006 at 6:15 pm
i do happen to vote my own mind. just because i ask what he thinks, does not make me ignorant. of course that is a remark coming from the land of the fruits and nuts of the U.S. of A. .
If i have a particular thing i totally disagree with him on I vote my own way. Just because he has some influence on the way i may vote does not make me ignorant of the issues. It is very nice to see him sitting at the computer and laughing so hard he’s about to fall out of the chair. the girls and I get a kick out of it ourselves just to see it and hear the comments that caused such a reaction.

Buck you know what I find funny about this article being posted is that the new battleground poll has come out with the Oct. 06 results and says that 61% of the people call themselves con’s or very con’s and 35% call themselves lib’s or very lib. Guess we know what the country wants and it is not another Clinton.
October 16th, 2006 at 11:24 pm
Battleground poll? what is that, run by Free Republic.com, besides since you don’t belive in polls then this one must be wrong.
October 16th, 2006 at 11:48 pm
Actually HL this is poll is about as close as you could come to being right. But as they say there are no for sures in life. I linked an article from it on a different post. You aren’t going to like it though because it doesn’t say waht you want to hear.
