The United States is now officially at war with the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria. U.S. planes began dropping bombs on targets in Syria this week. Gen. Martin E. Before the climate change demonstrations got underway in New York City, I was thinking about writing a belittling piece on how the crowd that would gather in the streets would primarily be made up of the usual suspects: Wannabe Occupy-ers, malcontents, public service unions and assorted liberal groups with nothing better to do.
