New York Magazine's Frank Rich argued last week that there is, indeed, a “full-fledged Republican war on women.” Rich asserted that this latest cultural debate is costing the likely Republican nominee, Mitt Romney, women's support. According to exit polls, Mitt Romney beat Rick Santorum among just about every demographic of Republican voter in the Wisconsin primary on Tuesday. In addition to his standard, large margin of victory among high-income, well-educated, and less-ideologically-driven Republicans, Romney also beat Santorum among voters making less than $50,000 a year and those who lack a college degree. Market7 Video Production Firm Aims for HollywoodSeth Kenvin – Market7
The company launched more than three years ago to serve the needs of corporate and media video production and we recently caught up with Market7's CEO Seth Kenvin for an update. "'Even in Hollywood with the need to provide more Web content, people are collaborating more…and these are situations in which what we provide resonates," he says in the interview.
Collaborative video production firm Market7 has released enhancements to its software and added a new exec to extend its reach further into Hollywood and media production. Last month, Market7 hired TV vet Craig Heiting as VP and GM for production and entertainment to market the services to studios and Hollywood producers.The biggest benefit from collaborative video production, Kenvin tells us in the video, is to move away from long email chains, FTP sites and the shipping of DVDs, which can slow down production.
