It appears that like the swallows returning to Capistrano, the Buzzards returning to Hinckley, and Peggy Noonan returning to rut around on Reagan’s grave au naturale, Fred Barnes annually pockets thousands from Republicans to make some asinine, partisan speech. In the name of journalism, of course, or prostitution.
