No Perjury Charges For Schlozman — Schumer Calls Decision “Disappointing”
The Justice Department won’t challenge a decision by the Bush administration not to bring perjury charges against Bradley Schlozman. A DOJ report had found that Schlozman, while a Justice official, violated department rules against politicized hiring, then lied about it to Congress. Chuck Schumer expresses disappointment.
