The problem of GITMO isn't neccessarily 100% due to Bush / Cheney. Sure part of it may be - but a HUGE part is the fact that Obama announced the closing of the base WITHOUT A PLAN. Certainly that accounts for some of the "mess", eh? As much as I hate to criticise Obama - it’s not like his job is a tough one in these days - but this is passing the buck.
