BAGHDAD – Four U.S. Marines were killed in fighting in Anbar province, and three soldiers were killed by a roadside bomb in northern Iraq, the military said Friday.
The four Marines assigned to Multi National Force — West were killed Thursday while conducting combat operations in Anbar, a predominantly Sunni province west of Baghdad that has seen a recent drop in violence, according to a statement.
Three Task Force Lightning soldiers also were killed Thursday when a bomb exploded near their vehicle in the northern Ninevah province, the military said separately.
The deaths raised to at least 3,760 members of the U.S. military who have died since the Iraq war started in March 2003, according to an Associated Press count.

How can you say that the lives of 7 lives we wasted? Those man/women are putting their lives on the line for us every day. In my opinion, they died in honor of thier country. People that fight for freedom should not be labeled as “wasted lives”. These men and women are heros.
Rethink you viewpoint,

Putting their lives on the line for us? or putting their lives on the line for Bush?
They are not putting their lives on the line for me. Iraq is not going to invade the US, nor were they. So how you can say they are putting their lives on the line for us I don’t understand.
They are putting their lives on the line for Bush, Cheney, Halliburton, Oil companies and defense contractors. Bush lied them into a war, now they are dead. Their lives have been wasted by Bush.

Ryan, I think I understand what you mean. Their lives are not wasted in the sense of value. I think that Bush and his criminal gang used those soldiers’ lives for their own self gain. I feel that away about all the people that have died, including Iraqis and Afghanis. In that sense, those soldiers were sacrificed and that is a crime.
