Bush Gives Away 190,000 Weapons to The “Enemy”

Remember when a couple of years ago, the US lost around 4 tons of plastic explosives in Iraq. Well the Failure Monkey and his minions are at it again. Now they have lost 190,000 weapons and we are talking the heavy stuff, in Iraq. How do you lose 4 tons of explosives and all those Guns. Only total incompetence could account for this. Or is it that Bush is arming the Insurgency, so that the war will go on and on and on, and he can continue to keep his friends and cohorts raking in the money forever. It’s an old Bush Family trick. Bush’s Grandfather Prescott did the same thing for the Nazi’s during World War 2.
US ‘loses’ 190,000 weapons in Iraq

Excerpt:
THE US Government cannot account for 190,000 weapons issued to Iraqi security forces in 2004 and 2005, says the Government Accountability Office.
According to its July 31 report, the military “cannot fully account for about 110,000 AK-47 assault rifles, 80,000 pistols, 135,000 items of body armour and 115,000 helmets reported as issued to Iraqi forces”.
The weapons disappeared from records between June 2004 and September 2005, as the military struggled to rebuild the disbanded Iraqi forces from scratch amid increasing attacks from Sunni insurgents and Shiite militias.
US commanders often accuse foreign powers such as Iran of supplying arms to illegal militias fighting in Iraq, but the report shows they cannot fully account for the hundreds thousands of weapons they brought in themselves.
Last month, Turkey raised concerns over reports that separatist Kurdish guerrillas launching cross-border raids from northern Iraq had received US-supplied guns supposedly destined for Iraqi security forces.

So let me get this straight. We are suppose to babysit the Iraqis after we give them the weapons they need to have their own security force. So that means that we should be able to account for every weapon that we have “given or sold” to every other country. Right, and you live in what dream world. The military loses weapons here in the states and you are complaining about weapons that we can’t find in Iraq and than you say that it is Bush’s fault. Tell me just what is it that Bush told the military so they would do this. You keep trying to blame Bush for all this stuff and what your saying is that Bush is micro managing the government. Do you have any idea just how stupid you sound saying that. There hasn’t been a pres yet that has done that and there never will be. The government is to big. That is like saying that CEO of walmart, ford, microsoft, or any other major business knows what is going on in every store he/she controls. You need to get a grip on the real world instead of that dream world you are living in.

I see an honest report of what’s happening in Iraq. We see a failed US policy. You are right that the President can’t account for every widget in the military. However, we’re looking at 190,000 missing weapons which is very serious stuff. This represents millions of dollars and are being used to shoot US men and women troops.
You dismiss HL pointing the facts out as living in a “dream world.” What would happen to you if you lost $1000 of your employer’s money? Would it be dismissed as your lack of knowledge because the company is “too big?”
Some of those that blog on this website know mismanagement when they see it. You insult my intelligence when you dismiss this event as a cost of war.
In case you didn’t know, CEOs are held accountable to their shareholders and can be dismissed from their job if they are incompetent. When a military command loses 190,000 weapons in a war scene, there is a problem and accounting is necessary. No different than a CEO, Bush is the US President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces and he is responsible. He should be criticized when he is doing a poor job.
You only discredit yourself when you argue such nonsense.
