The fact that New Orleans would seek foreign investment is embarrassing to this country and reflects the ineptness of the Bush regime. Now the real question in New Orleans is whether those loans will require that Nagin allow complete casino take over of the city funded by "outside" investors. I just wonder who the list of countries are. Just think if we could stop sending foreign aid to promote war and just took better care of our cities and infrastructure.
