Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitutes sexual harassment.
Now you want to tell me that adulterous sex with a younger woman, and forcing his wife to sign divorce papers while sheâ€™s hopped up on meds, is sexual harassment than you really need to buy a websters dictionary and start looking up words because apparently you failed english class in school. I would argue that abandoning your wife while she’s in the hospital for cancer so’s you can engage in adulterous sex with a younger woman (just a little worse than Clintion - but IOKIYAR!), and then forcing her to sign divorce papers while she’s hopped up on meds, is sexual harassment. So the answer is yes.
