Dick Cheney: I Won’t Testify Even if Subpoenaed

The dirty Dick goes on TV and once again proclaims himself above the law.

Of course he won’t testify to anything. Testifying means you are under oath. (usually but not always with Bush and Cheney) Then he would be opening himself up to perjury charges on top of everything else. There is no way he can ever tell the truth about anything, and not be liable to Treason charges.
