Let Me Get This Straight

Here’s one from The Great Bartcop
Let me get
this straight…
Bush invades Iraq, kills tens of thousands of locals and 2700 soldiers
and the American whore press covers up for him and hides his crimes.
But Hugo Chavez calls Bush “the Devil” and he’s “an unstable crackpot?”
Speaking is worse than, say, 50,000 death women and children?
Nancy Pelosi came running to Bush’s rescue, calling the truth-teller,
“a thug.”
Why is Nancy Pelosi fighting for their team?
She didn’t have to endorse what Chavez said, but she could’ve said,
“Bush’s military aggression has caused hatred
all around the world.”
That’s a fact – she can’t get in trouble for saying the obvious,
but no,
she thinks the top House Democrat should run to the bully’s defense.
No doubt, Harry Reid ran to Bush’s defense, too.
Just a few years ago, Jesse Helms (Is he in Hell yet?) said “Clinton
better not
come to Carolina without bodyguards because
the troops might want to kill him.”
Sidebar:
The military hated Clinton because he never sent
a man into battle who didn’t come home.
They LOVE Bush for lying 2700 of them into their
graves. Why can’t they think better?
Did the GOP side with Clinton and condemn Helms?
No – they stick together because they want to win.
Democrats wouldn’t stick together if they fell into a vat of molasses.

I am no fan of George Bush and his adminstration. But I am so weary of the name-calling (on both sides) and imperialist mud-slinging by Chavez and Castro. And I have been to Cuba and Castro’s speeches are pure propaganda that keeps his people totally oppressed.
I was personally appalled at Chavez’ speech to the UN. I mean he is a leader of a country and there he is on the world stage and the best he can do to promote peace is to call another leader of another country the devil? And did you hear the applause he got from those in the audience?
Maybe in my older years I just yearn for peace and civility from our “supposed” leaders. And from my fellow man because that really is where it all must start. But more and more there seems none to be found. Even the Pope has entered the circle of talking idiots with his comments about Muslims.
As we puff our chests and pump ourselves preaching to our choirs by attacking the other side, we walk ever closer to destroying everyone on both sides. What is the point? Who wins in the end?

Promote peace? Ala USA? Give me a f**king break! You don’t promote peace by kissing USA ass. That’s a losing formula and it will always be a losing formula. The only way to promote peace is to resist US oppression throughout the world. I’m no longer a pacifist. f**k all of that.
I respect Mr. Chavez for not being a wimp (Yale cheerleader type) and backing down. It’s time that somebody in the world take on the lies that the USA and Bush stands for.
If you don’t like the lies, then do something about it and don’t complain when you hear the truth.

Pelosi is a crock……..she takes union donations for her campaigns while the employees at the winery she owns were chastised for trying to join the union. Of course she does not want to provide higher wages or benefits. She would probably vote to have illegals running across the border unfettered if she could get away with it.
What a douche!

This is the first time I’ll agree with you Buzz. Pelosi is a fraud and windbag. She only has one objective in her life, to be Speaker of the House. I doubt she could ever do that on her own since she doesn’t have any new or good ideas. She only speaks for her exclusive group of associates. She’s a real piece!
